Agave Grill, the only authentic mexican cantina in the Cayman Islands. We use age old recipes along with unique technique, to bring you the complex flavours found throughout the regions of Mexico. We also endeavour to utilize as much local product whenever possible. Local Fish is of the utmost freshness. Meats are marinated for 72 hrs, low temp smoked then braised in there own smokey juices. Finally, hand pulled to eliminate any undesirable bits. It is only then, that we create the wonderful full flavoured menu items Agave Grill is famous for.
